Rev. Carol Allman-Morton is a third generation Unitarian Universalist. She became our consulting minister in September 2009 and was officially called to our congregation in May 2013. She also the Director of Alumni Engagement at Amherst College.
Carol was the intern minister at the Old Ship Church, First Parish in Hingham from 2006-2008 and was ordained to the Unitarian Universalist ministry in 2008. She graduated from Andover Newton Theological School as a member of the Jonathan Edwards Honors Society and was awarded the “James Luther Adams Award for Excellence in the Study of Liberal Theology” in 2005.
Carol lives in Montgomery, MA with her husband Rev. Tadd Allman-Morton who is the pastor at the Westhampton Congregational Church, UCC in Westhampton, MA. She has two stepchildren, Sam and Abi Morton.
In her spare time Carol likes to read, hike, and work on building up their little farm in the woods.
