Meditation Manual
This
collection of original writing by members and friends of the Unitarian
Universalist Meeting of South Berkshire, Great Barrington,
Massachusetts, has been aptly described as "one congregation's journey
of the heart" by its minister, the Reverend Kathy Duhon. Poems,
essays, prose poems, prayers, and aphorisms are represented here, giving
voice to many diverse points of view. The authors have a common
desire to speak of things not seen and to reach out creatively and
expressively to a larger community. The pieces are compassionate,
contemplative, lyrical and often joyous. Pen and ink drawings add
beauty and meaning. With this publication, the congregation
addresses some of life's most important questions in a way that will be accessible to
readers of all faiths.
This book is 159 pages long and has
